Development of Degassing Device for Transformer oil Based on Headspace Degassing Method

By analyzing the type and content of gas in oil, latent faults equipment can be found as soon possible, monitored at any time. In this paper, a degassing device based on headspace method is designed. The oil circuit adopts way pump battery valve to complete inlet discharge. Through stirring, dissolved reach dynamic balance gas-liquid two-phase, so realize rapid effective separation oil. At same time, after degassing, sent back body. addition, verification carried out, effect good. next step, integrated with detection form sealed cabinet equipment, which great significance for technical realization engineering application online monitoring live power equipment.
